You may return your product purchased directly from our webshop within 30 days from receiving your order.

The product must be in its original packaging with intact labels and still in the same new condition as when the item was received. You must contact Greisz Watches through our website to initiate the return of the item.

Products purchased directly from our webshop must be returned to our warehouse for a return and full refund. Please note that you may be responsible for the shipping costs when sending this package back to us.
